Care and Maintenance:

The BEADED BRACELETS collections are designed to be collected, cherished and enjoyed for years, combining exquisite craftsmanship and the finest materials. To ensure the beauty and longevity of your pieces, we recommend following these care instructions:

 

Avoid Water:

To protect your jewelry, avoid exposing it to water, including while showering, swimming in pools, relaxing in spas, or using saunas.

 

Do Not Wear While Sleeping or Exercising:
For optimal care, refrain from wearing your jewelry while sleeping or engaging in physical activities to prevent strain and potential damage.

Minimize Exposure to Chemicals:
Direct exposure to hairsprays, lotions, colognes, and perfumes can alter the natural state of the Gems and cause 14K gold to tarnish. We recommend minimizing contact with such products.

Bracelet Handling:                                                                                                           

  • the BAR, the BEAD & the GEM: Open the bracelets fully to ensure an easy fit over your knuckles. Hold one of the yellow/white gold BEADS securely with your ring finger on your palm and  while adjusting the chord, pull on the second gold bead with the other hand to secure a tailored  fit. To prevent breakage, never pull or tug directly on the GEM.

  • the BEAD & the GEM: Always roll the bracelets on and off your wrist gently. Never pull, stretch or tug as this can cause the stretch cord to break

Cleaning:

  • the BAR - use a soft, white polishing cloth to gently wipe clean

  • the BEAD - use a soft, white polishing cloth to gently wipe clean

  • the GEM - to clean and maintain lustre, use mineral oil on a soft, white polishing cloth

JEWELRY REPAIRS

At FLAUR Fine Jewelry, quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities. Each piece is designed and crafted with the utmost care to ensure its lasting beauty and durability; however, jewelry is naturally delicate and may require repairs over time.

Repair Request Information:
If you need a repair, please contact us.

  • Please provide your order number, name, address, a description of the repair needed, and a photo of the damage.

  • Once your request is received, you will be issued a Repair Authorization Number to be clearly displayed on the outside of your package when returning the item.

Repair Policy:

Each repair request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For assistance, please contact us.

  • Repairs due to manufacturing defects and requested within 60 days from the original purchase date will be performed free of charge 

  • Customers will be responsible for a repair fee in the event repairs are requested after 60 days, or if the damage occurred as a result of improper use, handling, or care.
