All items in FLAUR Fine Jewelry's  BEADED BRACELETS collections are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it will be processed upon credit card verification. If there are any issues with your order, we will reach out to you via email.

Production and Shipping Time

• Made-to-order items require 3-5 days for production, plus  additional shipping time.

•  Orders ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2-Day Delivery, depending on the selection made at checkout. Saturday delivery is offered for specific zip codes.

• Shipments are insured while in transit.

• All orders require a signature upon delivery at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to you. If you have designated a recipient other than yourself for delivery (e.g., as a gift), you understand and agree that a signature from the recipient (or at the specified delivery address) will serve as proof of delivery and fulfillment, transferring responsibility to the recipient as if the product had been delivered directly to you

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday to Friday after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

• Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.

• Orders will not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays.

Order Changes or Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Changes to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
