RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items in the BEADED BRACELETS collections are made-to-order and may be returned or exchanged under the following terms:
Return Initiation

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving and signing for your shipment.

To request a return, please email a return request.

If a return request is accepted, we will email a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship the return. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase/invoice.

Items are inspected upon return and we will notify you if we have accepted your return. Accepted returns will be credited to original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee, or for store credit for the full purchase price.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your order to receive store credit, which can then be applied toward a separate purchase of the desired item. Please contact us with any questions.
Refunds

Accepted returns will refund to original payment method. It might take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-designed orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping Charges

FLAUR Fine Jewelry will not refund shipping charges unless an item was sent in error.

Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an approved return, these costs will be deducted from the amount credited for the returned item.

Duties and taxes paid at checkout on international orders are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.
Worn Merchandise

FLAUR Fine Jewelry does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.
