All items in the BEADED BRACELETS and BEADED NECKLACES collection are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, it will be processed upon credit card verification. If there are any issues with your order, we will reach out to you via email.

Production and Shipping Time

• Made-to-order items require 5-7 days for production, plus  additional shipping and handling time.
•  Orders ship via FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2-Day Delivery, depending on the selection made at checkout. Saturday delivery is offered for specific zip codes.
• Shipments are insured while in transit.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to you. If you have designated a recipient other than yourself for delivery (e.g., as a gift), you understand and agree that a signature from the recipient (or at the specified delivery address) will serve as proof of delivery and fulfillment, transferring responsibility to the recipient as if the product had been delivered directly to you.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday to Friday after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.
• Orders will not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays.

Care and Maintenance: the BEAD & the GEM collection is designed to be collected, cherished and enjoyed for years, combining exquisite craftsmanship and the finest materials. To ensure the beauty and longevity of your pieces, we recommend following these care instructions:

Avoid Water: To protect your jewelry, avoid exposing it to water, including while showering, swimming in pools, relaxing in spas, or using saunas.

Do Not Wear While Sleeping or Exercising: For optimal care, refrain from wearing your jewelry while sleeping or engaging in physical activities to prevent strain and potential damage.

Minimize Exposure to Chemicals: Direct exposure to hairsprays, lotions, colognes, and perfumes can alter the natural state of the Gems and cause 14K gold to tarnish. We recommend minimizing contact with such products.

Cleaning: 

• the BEAD - use a soft, white polishing cloth to gently wipe clean
• the GEM - to clean and maintain lustre, use a soft, white polishing cloth
